CASA FE unfolds as a composition of fluid, interconnected spaces, organized around a subtly curved central axis, defining circulation and demarcating areas of privacy and common spaces. The floor plan reveals a clear hierarchy: a common core that opens to the exterior, sheltered by the curvature of the design, and a more private wing, conceived by the curved lines that protect it. This dynamic arrangement creates a continuous spatial experience, guiding movement naturally from one space to another.

The house presents a configuration close to an "L," with a strong linear gesture that frames the outdoor area—the pool—integrating it as a visual and functional extension of the interior. The curved walls introduce a sense of softness and organic movement, in contrast to the orthogonal geometry of the main volumes.

As the resident walks through the house, they experience a sequence of compressions and expansions—narrower transitional corridors that open up into spacious living areas. The interplay between curved and straight lines creates a rhythm of intimacy and openness, of privacy and exposure. This choreography of movement intensifies the sensation of living as a double act: shelter and framing—a place rooted in the land yet open to the surrounding landscape.
